No Child Left Behind-III: NCLB is for All, who Care for the Educational Development and Welfare

We may do it as a certificate course and or associate diploma or degree. For example the Certificate course in Self Study and Learning:

1. The introduction of teaching learning and parallel feedback of it as research work at personal, family, home, school, social, and any other environmental level with which we interact.

2. The need, role and importance of notes taking, supervision, observation, so as to activate, cultivate develop and enhance different faculties of mind which are involved in the process of knowledge management for teaching, learning and research.

3. Our hobbies, habits, talents, hidden arts, etc. that we have but are unable to exhibit, explore and make it part of our personal and professional, rather work contribution to the us and the society in general.

4. Some basic concepts of emotional, intellectual and time energy and its management

5. The basic concept of transfer of leaning of one thing or concept to other similar ones. And finally making it a way for research.

6. To understand the concept of re-cyclic process of knowledge so that its renewal goes without our efforts

7. To get better knowledge, insight of pure, applied, and action research works and it’s similar applications in teaching and learning process.


It is for all as in learning all are kids, though certainly not childish.
