For my amazement there are so many links that we may use to help one another. Now, the point is that using referral and or affiliate links within the article body seems odd to many, while they ignore that what is the POP UP all about! The referral link as they blame is to get the referral click benefits, but there are so such things.
Only few programs offer click links for referral and they pay noting for click though it may be 10000.
So amazed I am at such superior Adsesne Competitors that they do not too many ads on the blog. Then what, we have to have their ads only. It is a grave crime against the writers. We labor do and night for years to serve society and while they earn from our books and other writings, they find a cheater among us. I am published author of 15 books and with 50 books already in Que and have spend two decades in writing, and they simply want to catch the thief, while catching the hard work to attack.
They do not have to ignore the fact that the writers are the bridge between what is happening in the society, whereas the ads are just for getting commissions for marketing, very great, but it helps only 2% of the writers around the world. The bloggers need some respect as they mostly write articles. You know the bloggers do not earn a lot. Not more than 10% cross the 4 or 5 figure of bugs.
This turmoil needs attention from AdSEsne that there is a drastic need to allow the referral and affiliate links within the article to promote the morals. The logic is simple-it is same as the POP UPS. I am well aware about it, however the FeedBurner shows that the bloggers cannot add something that goes to iTune or other listeners.
I have so many warnings at the FeedBurner Troubleshoot about it-one may be using Word, so use NOTEPAD. You see it can be offered at the blog services, I have tried the NOTE PAD, but the problem is still there.
Anybody home, can you hear me. Yes thanks, you know that frustrations and irritation are NOT AT ALL convey any kind of so called HATRED or DISLIKE, it is simply appealing that it is not comfortable for many people and leads to ills and pills, otherwise there is nothing wrong. We all handle problems. If I seem to miss the bus I can shout. This shouting is same as shouting in the stadium to cheer up and encourage the players, it is not nuisance-irritating, rather it is make some sense. We may difference in words, but in the feelings. The listeners enjoy, but they never understand that the content writers are getting the ONLINE torture and if one is black listed and after some months the obstacles are created either to remove the content or the blogs get spammed or disappear.
All of it happens out of the blue. I wonder if there is any respect for the writers because the sellers do not respect them, they simple respect the writer that pays the profits and keep on discouraging the others, I feel it a ONLINE GENOCIDE for the creativity and thus the creative arts. This guy may be looking for bugs and that is why it (not he or she, it)shouts.
I am ashamed of such Internet activities and the so much professional that we all working online as the LIVE PRODUCTS if the philosophy of idealism is real. You see we may be target of profits rather than the fellow human around the globe if it keeps on going. It can be anyone that if profitable becomes a product.
So, I strongly appeal to the authorities concerned to allow the writers and the bloggers honestly without the fear of getting sacked from doing free social service with using the pocket money helping that widow's dead son drowned in the sea will return one day-and it always returns-happy home coming-at the end to embrace her, while she dies. Wow, you see it is an amazing question, the key to the bestseller books, is not it.
The answer is:
Despite what you might think, if your book is 'like' another book, or written in the style of another author, that's good! It gives agents and publishers a precise idea of what your book is about, and it's marketability. The concept you really want to stay away from is the book that's not like anything else out there, in a style that's never been seen before.
Publishers and agents don't want to spend their money and time on something that is unproven and might not sell at all. If that sounds a touch mercenary, well, that's what the publishing business is all about. You want your book to be different, but not so different that it scares away potential buyers!
Okay, I can't tell you the number of times I'm asked about creating information products. You pretty much have to be living under a rock not to know they are one of, if not the most, profitable areas on or off the internet.
The question I get asked the most, though, is how do you find a topic that is hot and hasn't been done to death? And then, after you've found the topic, how do you turn that into an information product?

No Child Left Behind (NCLB)-VII: Learning the Arts of Research for Self-Wisdom: Philselfology-Why I Talk about it-Greed or Need!
Well, while I am discussing about the NCLB, it is from the experience, not the bookish knowledge. With reverence, I would like to share and request that I have developed what I learnt from many great people and students in general. However, it bears different name, Philselfology and it has the advanced level learning scope for all individuals.
It can be a certificate course, one year Diploma, two year associate diploma, three year degree and others up to Ph. D. / D.Sc. in the open education system for all age groups. It is on the studies, works and personal life experiences one goes through, which one can associate to get better results in all, while at the same time getting the relevant degree/certificate. It is learning process not just getting the degree or certification.
It focuses how to learn better in learning, teaching, working and all kinds of improvement in personal life. It is for all subjects and aspects of learning and life.
You may consider it as it is with the syllabus, curriculum and co-curricular activities for nine to twelve years, though minimum for one to three months certificates are also available as the training, camps, workshops, orientation days and other activities to make the NCLB a success globally for it, I have a subject matter named Philselfology.
I have managed to carry all of my works. I would like to request again that have designed it for the purpose with more than 25 books and another set of the same for the children, so it is about 50 books in all; three are published on it. Some students enrolled for it, the first one was the Canadian teacher. Due to lack of the proper platform it could not become the part of our society for education, research developments for the community, the research, it is my hobby to, and I have done lots of research work on it.
I am having many investments; while doing the research work on a subject matter, Philselfology, the new subject for kids and youngster to do research works, it is philanthropic research work. I have been conducting many workshops, seminars, and camps from 1991, after meeting Chris Brooks of Australia in 1992 as then it got higher dimensions.
After doing my course of basic scout master in 1995 it became a practical work and thus from 1996 when I started to do so for the universities, I delivered about 500 hundred lectures in the universities receiving the letters of appreciation, and went to rural schools and other institutions to continue my research with workshops and lectures.
All of it has been from my own pocket. My research work completed successfully, but I have become somewhat a non-professional kind of person as I invested a lot in the projects without any output financially. I made a complete project on the Philselfology with an approved pilot episode, in which the ancient wisdom is having the expression in the modern context, the students of our future. It will be of use in future, I am sure, but you see it needs a platform to run it.
I would seek guidance from you if you were interested in it about how to give it a practical shape or perhaps we can do it together, while receiving the required helps from the experts, which includes the exceptional lady, Carol Roach of Canada. No Child Left Behind (NCLB)-VI-The Human Resourcefulness is Maximum in the Kids, but NCLB Seems to Ignore it-Future of USA!
The HRD for all purposes is to make the individual a research oriented person looking for the best management of emotional, intellectual and time energy without forgetting that the human body is a re-cyclic supercomputer of nature for all things that make one contributor.
The joy of being contributor makes an individual a resource for human development on the backbone of personal development. Accepting others as they are seems to make professionalism a personalized activity in which one can enjoy his or her work. None among us is identical so why waste time in making such a verbal communication so that others become robotic which if they happen to be we may not tolerate hem for very long.
The lost art of joy in the form of non-verbal communication seems the result of such conditioning, which the trained person gets. It just needs our giving it a touch that we may communicate with own knowledge by ourselves to re-cycle it into wisdom until we become a wise and the civilized. The school going kids need it as they are creative and innovative, and thus the ideal workers for HRD.
Finally saying it as that the verbal facilitator may never become non-verbal healer as in gaining just one art many are lost, forgotten and thus sacrificed making us sick who seek the healing touch that we have personally in our non-verbal communication with our self, nature and the beyond as the core of NCLB.

No Child Left Behind (NCLB)-V: The Kids Cannot Listen All the Times- A Flaw in the NCLB Need More Research Works, not just Opinion based Decisions
For the kids and children, the known speech of speaking and listening is one of the examples that it is becoming a robotic activity not personal experience of non-verbal communication. We all happen to know that more we speak lesser is what we really do. Therefore, this process of adding words in the communication is not re-cyclic.
By re-cyclic we mean that communication is between the meanings not the words, we ignore that our mind has a bigger and superior interpreter of words that gives both emotions and feeling gathering its effect on our body, mind, soul (conscious level) and heart. These effects are the actual communication in which person is involved. A human with the desire to speak and hear the desired words usually breaks down his or heart, body mind and soul.
As in it one is fully alert and aware what is sought to hear and speak and making the rapport well so that joy of the communication, though not personally involved, gets better verbal feedback. The example of a tree can make it better for comprehension, while caring for the tree; we look at its trunk, branches, leaves, flower and fruits. Any change in its any part indicates that we are not treating it well.
We search solution for it, should we ever forget that it is part of non-verbal communication! We seem to treat others ignoring the fact that one has body, mind, soul, and heart along with the whole functioning parts inside and on the body.
These need non-verbal communication. Whatever we have discussed above is human resourcefulness and thus mutual development of a human as a complete identity of existence. The modern child wants identity, which the classroom cannot provide. It is one of the major points that NCLB needs personal development of all kids.
President Barrack Obama has in his team Mrs. Hillary Clinton, who can make a difference for NCLB as Bill Clinton have laredy done his part for it. Thanks!

No Child Left Behind (NCLB)-IV: The Studies as the Worst Burden and Creating Stress and Frustration among All Kids
The special point is the research in NCLB and for it, what we are talking about is not searching it in the books and making comparison and contrasts; rather it is the management of knowledge such that wisdom becomes our common sense in everything we do, as the students at any level.
However, it may make books speak when one reads after having the idea and insight of what is research. We took three dimensions of thought and knowledge:
1. Ancient Faculties of knowledge: Studies at home
2. The Modern or the Contemporary Faculties of knowledge: Studies at School
3. The Re-cyclic process of Ancient and Modern knowledge for Future: Learning in the Society
Our claim that today, we have one of the best faculties of knowledge in the form of the ideas, thought and knowledge faces a serious challenge for our future generations and thus does not seem perfect for future. It is for us too. It is the re-cyclic process of this IT that we usually find same as the renewal and up-gradation, by craving and collecting more and more information and knowledge.
The re-cycling is evolution of knowledge without which the human knowledge remains just a wisdom that we may assume to have, without ever knowing how learn, acquire and use it. The practice of wisdom is the re-cycling of the knowledge, which is, applied research work of the pure knowledge, which a human cannot do without the personal touch. If our actions are robotic, i.e., readymade we may not have any emotions in the future in our actions.
The worst that may happen seems that our actions will be only activities on the conditions of stimulant and response theory without enjoying what we are doing. This limitation of knowledge faculties seems the degenerating of our joy as humans. We are learning about things, persons and places adding the best possible information and knowledge. The way we gather these faculties of knowledge about ourselves is so little that we to give verbal expression to each thing that we feel and do.
This slowly weakens the bond among humans. In other words, our non-verbal communication is making us lonely and uneducated, as we know little about it. We go here and there just to speak what we want to speak and listen what we want to listen. It is a drawback in knowing without doing, and is one of the reasons the children learn, but cannot practice. The NCLB needs a serious attention for preventing this drawback.

No Child Left Behind-III: NCLB is for All, who Care for the Educational Development and Welfare
We may do it as a certificate course and or associate diploma or degree. For example the Certificate course in Self Study and Learning:
1. The introduction of teaching learning and parallel feedback of it as research work at personal, family, home, school, social, and any other environmental level with which we interact.
2. The need, role and importance of notes taking, supervision, observation, so as to activate, cultivate develop and enhance different faculties of mind which are involved in the process of knowledge management for teaching, learning and research.
3. Our hobbies, habits, talents, hidden arts, etc. that we have but are unable to exhibit, explore and make it part of our personal and professional, rather work contribution to the us and the society in general.
4. Some basic concepts of emotional, intellectual and time energy and its management
5. The basic concept of transfer of leaning of one thing or concept to other similar ones. And finally making it a way for research.
6. To understand the concept of re-cyclic process of knowledge so that its renewal goes without our efforts
7. To get better knowledge, insight of pure, applied, and action research works and it’s similar applications in teaching and learning process.
It is for all as in learning all are kids, though certainly not childish.

No Child Left Behind (NCLB)-II: What We Want for and from NCLB
Let us consider the taking of the first step:
What we want in NCLB is simply the way of evaluation that goes beyond our written and spoken words. For it, we search many different ways, but it usually does not happen, because research is not search. We may take the example of evaluation that we usually seek from the examiner who interprets what we written and speak as well as the other ways of other expressions of our learning and knowledge. This evaluation may be like this:
1. The written works and the related ways of its evaluation:
(a) Teacher or evaluator prepares an exam for us say 10%
(b) We prepare our own exam, which we feel that we know 10%
(c) We do both A and B for our real life experience in the relevant context or criteria 10%
2. Practical in the above said manner A and B with the chosen ways that may include oral, viva, interview, lecture, seminar, exhibition, debate, etc. 20%
3. Our own chosen way of research work on the given topic, by the way we socialize what we idealize and materialize in the very research and go through its evaluation by interaction by any selected way that suits our own style. Like its presentation to parents or family, friends, relatives, teacher, the selected audience of our choice, the way we wish to interact like discussion, interview and any way of interaction that may even be our new selected one. And it goes through the selected ways of 1, 2, 3 with A and B conditions if necessary 20%
4. We select our own way of evaluation for additional marks (For example we are want to submit an essay but we wish to deliver a speech in nobody’s presence) or on the spot improvement that part of evaluation labeled as weak or poor. In other words it is the given alternative chance to exhibit that we know but are weak in the method of presentation) -10%
5. Project Assignment: It may include our interaction with children, young and the old as well as the juniors, colleagues and seniors in which we go through the previous steps, ways and means 1-4 and A (5%) and B (5%) -10%

What we want in NCLB is simply the way of evaluation that goes beyond our written and spoken words. For it, we search many different ways, but it usually does not happen, because research is not search. We may take the example of evaluation that we usually seek from the examiner who interprets what we written and speak as well as the other ways of other expressions of our learning and knowledge. This evaluation may be like this:
1. The written works and the related ways of its evaluation:
(a) Teacher or evaluator prepares an exam for us say 10%
(b) We prepare our own exam, which we feel that we know 10%
(c) We do both A and B for our real life experience in the relevant context or criteria 10%
2. Practical in the above said manner A and B with the chosen ways that may include oral, viva, interview, lecture, seminar, exhibition, debate, etc. 20%
3. Our own chosen way of research work on the given topic, by the way we socialize what we idealize and materialize in the very research and go through its evaluation by interaction by any selected way that suits our own style. Like its presentation to parents or family, friends, relatives, teacher, the selected audience of our choice, the way we wish to interact like discussion, interview and any way of interaction that may even be our new selected one. And it goes through the selected ways of 1, 2, 3 with A and B conditions if necessary 20%
4. We select our own way of evaluation for additional marks (For example we are want to submit an essay but we wish to deliver a speech in nobody’s presence) or on the spot improvement that part of evaluation labeled as weak or poor. In other words it is the given alternative chance to exhibit that we know but are weak in the method of presentation) -10%
5. Project Assignment: It may include our interaction with children, young and the old as well as the juniors, colleagues and seniors in which we go through the previous steps, ways and means 1-4 and A (5%) and B (5%) -10%
6. Assignment on the study material in which we have at least one autobiography and the novel, play, stories and the similar our choice, it may include our own autobiography 10%

No Child Left Behind (NCLB)-I: As the Crisis
The great revolution in the field of education is what we know is No Child Left Behind (NCLB). With sincere reverence, I have an honor to make a request to the authorities that there is a need of introduction of courses for students, parents, teachers and others, so that all may contribute in the field of human resource development (HRD) and related research works.
These research works may be of pure, applied action type in the fields like Education, Psychology, Philosophy, Sociology, Economics, Management Health care and Nature-care Sciences (Environmental Sciences and Studies), Comparative Religious Studies, etc. with endless list. It seems to be the dire need of our settling in life as a civilized person. These further needs our three dimensions of thought and time its relevancy and management as the past, present and future as following human resource of development:
1. Ancient Faculties of knowledge
2. The Modern or the Contemporary Faculties of knowledge and
3. The Re-cyclic process of Ancient and Modern knowledge for Future
We seem to be craving for IT sector and professionalism in such a way that our personality development becomes just to be similar in way of living. To search the gifts that we have inherited from because we were born and the acquired ones as well, we need research, the "real" self-quest; very different from the social-quest in which we just compete and always seem to be lagging behind.
This path for self-research is the key to enjoy our personal, professional, family and social life as we would have enjoyed if we were given full freedom to think, feel and act. This way for self-freedom, liberty and the relevant concepts search the meaning that we want to feel and share to enjoy that we care and are cared. This seems the essence of NCLB. Thanks!

I would suggest some tips on it, as I have gone through the process of published three books. The most important point is that is of worth noting is that the writer is to become a self-publisher and distributor.
The usual way is that you publish at least 500 copies from the offset printing from your home country. The ISBN is a free if you just click on the International ISBN agency in your country. Just send them an application that you want to register your publication house. It is easy to become a self-publisher if one is the sole proprietor (M/s) of the publication house. Otherwise, the process may be long. The agency for the ISBN registers it without any fee and sends you a list of ISBN numbers for each of your publication.
You have to send and confirm your ISBN number before publishing, once you receive it, you can publish your book. Then there are free websites helping writers to promote their works, so that the readers may contact them. Thanks to modern technology, that one can open a blog without any investment. The ISBN is a self-promoting way for each book. You may place books on the bookstalls, libraries, ask the librarians about the bulk orders, the salesman can sell your book with some commission. Keeping ISBN for all works is good, indeed a necessity.
The process ISBN is same in most of the countries. It is a global service helping the writers. I wish all the writers well for this somewhat easygoing work as I have noticed that most of the writers are working laboriously, but without results. If you keep on sending your written material for acceptance one day, you may regret. The published submissions are only about 10%.
